Designed for process owners and floor-level operators who provide assistance to Six Sigma Black Belts. This 3 day training is designed to support GB & BB as team members who can supply basic process management information. Participants generate detailed process maps and data collection for critical to quality metrics that are derived from the Lean Six Sigma deployment strategy. Knowledge of the basic Lean Six Sigma tools will support the process owners in their role to maintain control of key processes. Class size ranges from 12-25 participants.
