You are in charge of our real-world Tasty Pizza Simulation^TM. This six hour workshop creates experiential learning for the Lean Six Sigma principles that serves as awareness training for the whole organization. Participants are employees of a pizza company focused on customer satisfaction. Through various simulations, participants collect data to determine root causes and then use Lean Six Sigma principles to improve any process. This is a hit with employees and is an excellent way to expose managers and process owners to taking control of their process variables. Class size range is from 14 to 28 participants.
