System simulation is the process of constructing and running a model (usually an animated computer model) of a system (existing or proposed) in order to study the behavior of that system over time with all of its statistical fluctuations and time varying dependent events. The running of the model involves conducting experiments to evaluate alternatives and gain insight into the real system without disrupting its environment. Simulation gives you the capability to visually and quantitatively evaluate systems that are difficult or impossible to represent with a closed form analysis, systems that have relationships between components that are not well defined and those systems that have time varying phenomenon and highly variable workloads. We maintain a number of simulation tools and have the capability to match these tools to the appropriate type of customer application.
