Champion training is designed to convey knowledge of the fundamental concepts of Six Sigma to managers and supervisors who are sponsoring the belts. This two day program will emphasize how to scope a project and complete the Define Phase of the project. The training requires participants to bring their own project ideas that will help them meet their year-end objectives. We devote the appropriate time and attention to define projects with proper "Line of Sight"e; to the strategic intent of the company. Champions will learn their roles and responsibilities in deploying Six Sigma effectively. Class size range is from 8 to 25 participants.
