Consultant

Responsibilities:

Deliver Six Sigma training and provide on-site support for client's company. Partner with Champions and help in project choice. Mentor and coach Black and Green Belts in the use of Six Sigma methodology to make sure projects are completed in a timely manner with customer achieving the customer's anticipated outcome.

Requirements:

• Financial and business expertise
• Experience in a Six Sigma driven setting: 2+ years
• Proven ability in calculating Cost of Poor Quality
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated results in leading projects as a certified Black Belt/Master Black Belt: 1+ years
• Self-managed, team player
• Ability to drive change, diagnose obstacles to project success and facilitate resolution
• Solid project management skills
• Strong communication skills: verbal and written
• Proven skill in classroon training
• B.S. or B.A. degree
